YASMINE, Brunei’s first movie film, has earned praises from the locally born international actor, Wu Chun, who also expressed his hopes to help build Brunei’s film industry and cooperate with the director of Yasmine on future projects.
Wu Chun made an appearance yesterday at the Faculty of Arts and Social Science’s (FASS) eminent speakers series, ‘A Date with Wu Chun – Living a Life of Endless Possibilities’, where he was asked about the Yasmine movie.
“I am proud that there is a movie that can finally reach the international film industry,” he commented.
Wu Chun also revealed that he has met with the director of Yasmine, Siti Kamaluddin, and was told that there would be a second movie.
