WATER is essential in keeping the body healthy. That is why Shiang Ping Health Cuisine is using Grander Water Revitalization System for its cooking and drinking water.
This system is believed to enhance water ensuring better absorption by body cells to improve metabolism and helps in detoxification.
The restaurant’s is based on four ‘Lows’, three ’Highs’ and three ‘Whites’: Low salt, low sugar, low oil; high energy, high fibre, high nutrient; no white rice, no sugar and no salt.
The eatery also avoids using recycled oil, monosodium glutamate and artificial colouring. The restaurant uses no microwave cooking and emphasises six natural colours in food said to nourish the organs – red, green, yellow, white, black and purple.
The eatery believes that a balanced diet is based on a variety of colours to ensure sufficient nutrients for healthy organs.
This restaurant which is located at Complex Hj Daud in Gadong is now open to the public.
