I HAD applied for a new landline to be installed at my new home a few months ago and until now it has not been done.
I have made five calls to TelBru asking for the status of my landline.
All TelBru can say is: “It will be installed soon and we will follow up for you.”
Two frustrating months later I’m still landline-less.
How long do I have to wait?
I don’t see the purpose of privatisation of TelBru, if we are to put up with a below par service.
Please improve your efficiency lah TelBru!
