BEE Motors Sdn Bhd, the main distributor of Volvo in Brunei Darussalam, is all set to attract customers through its after sales services using an updated software known as Service 2.0, a service it claims as ‘beyond the ordinary’.
Stressing on the importance of after-sales service, Robert Chen, After Sales Manager of Bee Motors Sdn Bhd highlighted, “Any business you do, you must have a good after sales service in order to make customers happy.”
Volvo is recently-introduced Service 2.0 offers free software update which provides alternative transport and a complimentary health check for Volvo car models from the year 2002 onwards.
Service 2.0 offers customers a free software update with every service, health check, mobility solution and car wash at every servicing, personal service contact and Service Activated Roadside Assistance (SARA).
Bee Motors assures Volvo car owners in the Sultanate that their cars will be taken care of in the best possible way and installed with the sophisticated and updated software without taking extra charge.
On the technical side, Robert Chen said, “Majority of the technicians are professionals in doing the servicing and are well-trained. Some of our technicians have been trained in Kuala Lumpur to upgrade their skills and we also send out chief technician to Sweden to upgrade into third level before ordering the latest Volvo model into the country.”
He also added that the after sales service technicians have proper training on new models and if they could not solve the problem, they will get assistance and guidance from technicians in Kuala Lumpur.
Apart from that, Volvo is also providing free engine check-up with 20 per cent discount on purchase of genuine Volvo parts until end of March.
Volvo has also organised several outreach programmes throughout the country with the aim to raise awareness among the public on Volvo’s After Sales Service.
