THE Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) is holding its 94th anniversary celebrations this year and various activities, including charity and community events, will be held to further enliven the event.
According to a press release yesterday, posters promoting the RBPF’s 94th Anniversary celebration have been distributed to Government Ministries and Departments in a ceremony.
The posters are embedded with QR codes that can be scanned with smart phones to reveal the Police Hotline Number 993 and phone numbers of all Police Stations nationwide.
A blood donation drive in RBPF’s premises across the country will be held staring from today (January 17) until February 3 and members of the public are welcome to join Police personnel in donating blood for good cause. The blood donation drive will be hled at the Multi-Purpose Hall of the Police Training Centre at the Police Headquarters in Gadong from 9am to 11am.
Other planned activities throughout the celebration include a Walkathon event, Police Day Exhibition in March, a Golf Tournament, a Charity Run, a Football and Futsal League, a fishing competition and a hiking challenge.
