A LOCAL woman facing charges of cheating will have her trial fixed on March 3, 2015 after the case was heard again yesterday.
Chief Magistrate Muhammed Faisal Pehin Dato Kefli adjourned the case in which 43-year-old Maimun binte Haji Omar faces six charges of using forged documents in abetting six people by aiding in providing forged government pay slips to be used in support for applications for hire purchase vehicle financing from a bank.
Allegations state the offences were committed in August and September, 2009.
DPP Emily Goh appeared for the Public Prosecutor and the defendant is represented by Defense Counsel Rozaiman Rahman.
