TELEKOM Brunei Berhad (TelBru) would like to acknowledge and respond to the Opinion letter, “All I want is Internet connection”, which was published on December 24, 2014.
After further investigations, we could not match the sequence of events indicated in the letter with the cases that are currently recorded in our system.
We would like to take this opportunity to advise our customers again that in order for us to respond and attend to your complaints in a speedy and efficient manner, customers will need to provide us a valid service number (landline number used for Internet connection) so it is easier for us to rectify the issue and make necessary arrangements on the intended Internet connection.
