TELEKOM Brunei Berhad (TelBru) started a Customer Update Initiative campaign to encourage its customers to update their billing information for any future reference, according to a press release.
Through this campaign, TelBru is emphasising the importance of keeping close connection with the customers and ensuring that they are updated of any customers’ demand.
The three-month campaign, which began in September 2014, will run until November 2014.
Three lucky customers will be chosen each month to win exciting gadgets for participating in the campaign.
The first prize presentation event was held yesterday for winners chosen for the month of September at Kadai TelBru Citis Square, Berakas. The winners were Dayang Noorezah Haji Md Jaya, who won a Samsung Galaxy Mega while Awang Raudin Haji Abdul Rahman and Awang Abu Bakar Haji Abu Hanafiah brought home an Alcatel Touch Idol 2 and Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 respectively.
Present to give away the prizes was TelBru Chief Marketing Officer, Lim Ming Soon.
“This initiative will help us to ensure that we are keeping track of accurate customers’ details especially when we need it for any necessary fault management or complaints, and at the same time to update our customer data archive,” said Lim.
