SUSHI Tei, a popular Japanese restaurant, is making this year’s Chinese New Year celebration extra special for its loyal patrons – its very own version of the Salmon Yee Sang prepared from the freshest ingredient.
Made of raw salmon strips, shredded vegetables and a variety of sauces and condiments, patrons can now have a taste of the delectable dish at Sushi Tei (Freshco branch only).
Diners can get the Salmon Yee Sang in regular or large sizes, and it is available until March 5 for dine-in, take-away and delivery orders.
Also available is the variety of platters comprising the Samurai platter, the Ronin Platter for vegetarians, the Daimyo Platter, the Shogun Platter, and the Emperor Platter that includes a variety of raw and cooked sushi.
