A TOTAL of 103 speeding cases were recorded in the first week of November according to statistics released by the Traffic Control and Investigation Department (JSKLL) of the Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF).
In the first week of November, 271 traffic cases were recorded. JSKLL Gadong recorded 166 cases and JSKLL Belait recorded 105 cases. Other major traffic offences were illegal parking (36 cases), running red lights (21 cases), expired road taxes (20 cases), modified licence plate (20 cases).
The RBPF reminded motorists and road users to always obey the law while reiterating the need for safety awareness and practicing good road etiquette.
