A NEW update to the popular mobile application SnapFeed is launched today at the 15th Consumer Fair 2015. The new version includes a facelift to the existing interface, improvements to its existing feature-packed functionalities and brand new features such as a new movie feed allowing consumers to easily find movie schedules. According to a press release, SnapFeed aims to be a useful tool to help both locals and foreign visitors in Brunei to find information in the quickest and most convenient way, and rewarding them the more they use it through its reward system.
Business owners are welcome to visit the SnapFeed booth at the International Convention Centre (ICC) to find out how they can list their business within SnapFeed for free, and enquire about SnapFeed’s other features to further increase their digital reach.
For consumers planning to visit the Consumer Fair, they can find within SnapFeed helpful information for the fair such as the venue map, event schedule and an exhibitors list. Visitors can find promotional content from exhibitors at the event and gain insights on what’s on offer before their visit. To commemorate the launch of the new update, there are lucky draw prizes with a Samsung Note 4 and a Samsung Galaxy S5 up for grabs, along with a free photo session featuring the me-in-a-box photo booth.
Since launching at the last Consumer Fair, the mobile application has taken on feedback received from various merchants and consumers while continuing to improve itself as a companion tool for Bruneians. A new website mirroring features of the mobile application will be launched in the upcoming weeks to cater to non-smartphone users. Consumers can rely on SnapFeed for local information such as up-to-date promotional offers, special deals, movie schedules, events and business information. With data from over 1,900 business outlets, consumers can easily find useful information such as contact numbers, map locations, opening hours, product menus and service catalogues of their favourite businesses at their fingertips.
Following the week after the Consumer Fair, consumers can look forward to seeing more digital loyalty cards from their favourite stores being enabled within SnapFeed on a regular basis, starting with Burger King early February. Other merchants such as KFC, Gloria Jean’s Coffees, Freshco, Pastamania, I Love Yoo!, All Seasons Restaurant, Sushi Tei, Freshco Supermarket, Waroeng Penyet and Balloon Ria are expected to be rolled out in the following weeks. SnapFeed is available for download now on both Google Play and the Apple Store.
