SUNGKYUNKWAN University (SKKU) notched their second victory in a space of three days by beating Beruang Blazers in a basketball fundraising game at the Brunei Basketball Association Court in Batu Bersurat last night.
The South Korean team produced an entertaining brand of basketball and in numerous occasions delighted the fans with breath-taking moves including a succession of three-pointers.
Beruang Blazers also had its moment in the game like when Eugene Lim intercepted a SKKU break before passing it to Ben Sim who laid it for the import Crump to complete the move with a slam dunk.
That final shot before the buzzer in the third quarter enabled Beruang Blazers to halve the deficit at 63-31.
But it was all SKKU in the offensive as they entered the start of the fourth quarter holding a commanding 97-53 lead.
