SINGAPORE (Bernama) – A 57-year-old attorney received an award for Disputes Lawyer of the Year for south-east Asia and India from the Asian Lawyer magazine on Wednesday, Press Trust of India (PTI) reports.
Davinder Singh, chief executive officer of Drew & Napier law firm, received the award at a ceremony of the Asian Lawyer’s Emerging Markets Awards.
A team led by Singh picked up the Cross Border Litigation of the Year Award.
The awards are based on a 12-month evaluation of cases starting from June last year.
“This award would not have been possible without the efforts of the awesome lawyers in Drew especially in my team,” said Singh.
“I dedicate this to them and to our clients for their wonderful support,” Singh was quoted as saying by The Straits Times.
