SOME 31 participants recently attended a sharing session for religious schools on ‘Teaching Experience Methods’ organised by the Religious Practical Unit, Inspectorate Division, Islamic Education Department at the Civil Service Institute (IPA) in Kg Rimba.
The course was aimed at discussing ideas and best practices with the participants, besides highlighting the appropriate approach or techniques in teaching.
The sharing session was attended by Awg Hj Hasbi bin Mohd Suhaily, Head of the Inspectorate Division; Hj Mujiburrahman bin Hj Abd Hamid, Head of Religious Practical Unit, and Ustazah Hjh Majanah binti Hj Abdulah, the Head of Arabic Schools, as well as inspectorates who assisted in the session.
Facilitators included Cikgu Sharifah Nurul Huda binti Wan Munap from the Madewa Religious School, Brunei III, Cikgu Hamidah binti Mohd Shamsul from Pengiran Kesuma Negara Religious School of Kg Bukit Beruang in Tutong and Cikgu Hjh Melati binti Hj Abas from the Paduka Seri Begawan Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien Religious School in Kuala Belait.
In the afternoon, the inspectorates also visited and toured the Delima Satu Religious School where an open discussion was also held for feed-back.
