THE Coffee Bean at SupaSave in Seria has introduced new dishes for customers to enjoy with the “The New Seafood Pasta Fiesta November 2014”.
Linguini Con Vongole, which was strongly suggested by the chef, Ray Magallanes Jr, is a specialty dish made of linguini pasta with fish bullion sauce decorated with fresh vongole, or better known as baby clams.
The second dish introduced was the Pasta Negara Mix Seafood – black pasta covered with squid ink which has a unique Southern Italian taste.
Salmon lovers can also enjoy Farfalle Salmone, a bow-tie-shaped pasta smothered with delicate creamy tomato sauce tossed with fresh mouth-watering salmon.
The chef was also keen to share that as a self-taught cook, the inspiration to introduce these dishes came from the team’s constant efforts of find out customers’ preferences through their input comments.
Penne Con Tuna, the last dish introduced, is an oven-baked fresh tuna topped with mozzarella cheese.
The chef ended the presentation announcing that customers will be able to enjoy the dishes for dine-in or ‘call and pick up’ as early as 6.30am until last call at 11.45pm every day at The Coffee Bean at SupaSave, Seria.
Jonathon Bong, the Marketing Manager of The Coffee Bean, expressed that they will continue to try to be on their toes and to introduce new things for the customers to enjoy.
