RIZQUN International Hotel’s Coffee House, in conjunction with the festive season, will be offering a special treat for its patrons on February 18 from 6.30pm to 10pm with their Chinese Flavour Night “Steam Boat and Signature Chef Dishes”.
Patrons will have a variety of appetisers such as marinated jelly fish, lemongrass glass noodles, marinated top shell, honeydew prawn salad and others to select from. They will also be treated to Chinese soups such as Fish Maw seafood soup, and Mantau and Butter Soup as well as hot dishes including steamed white rice, lotus rice with shitake mushroom and scallion, stir fried egg noodles with prawn wanton on top, steam chicken with ginger and spring onion, steam fish with curry assam nyonya sauce, and many more.
As for stalls, the Coffee House will be offering Yee Sang with Condiments at Stall One; Steam Boat counter at Stall Two; Assorted Seafood on Ice at Stall Three; Assorted Ice Cream with Condiments and Deep Fried Ice Cream at Stall Four.
Also included in the buffet is a selection of desserts such as mandarin oranges, pin pei roll, Chinese pan cake, mochi, orange cream cake, two types of Chinese sweet gruel, fruit tartlet, lychee and longan cream gateau, cream caramel, carrot cake, an array of Chinese pastries, mango pudding, an assortment of fresh fruits and French pastries.
Ala Carte Signature Dishes will also be available during the promotion ranging from beef, lamb, chicken, fish, prawn and vegetables.
