IN CONJUNCTION with Brunei’s National Day on February 23, Rizqun International Hotel’s Coffee House is offering a Buffet Trunch ‘Bruneian’s Way’. The buffet will be held from 11.30am to 3.30pm.
Among the appetisers are three different Pulut Panggang, three different Pais, Kelupis, Rojak KB, Daging Lalap and others.
Patrons will also see a selection of mouth-watering main courses including Nasi Goreng Sambal Belutak, Mee Goreng Udang Taitong Brunei Style, Sambal Tahai Mini Pizza, Chicken and Beef Satay, Popia Gulung Sayur and Udang, Begedil, honey grilled chicken wings and roti jala with chicken curry sauce.
There will also be five booths; Gerai Ambuyat, Gerai Tumpi and Plain Murtabak, Gerai Soto Daging Brunei, Gerai Cucur, and Gerai ABC with condiments and ice cream.
If those are not enough to satisfy one’s palate, 19 different Bruneian desserts with the likes of Wajid Temburong, Tapai, Kueh Penyaram, Pulut Kerabu, Putu Mayam, Som Som Kacang Merah, Cake Batik Durian, and many others will sure tickle your taste-buds.
