THE Rizqun International Hotel Coffee House yesterday featured two new Arabic-themed Mandhy-style dishes – the Lamb Mandhy and the Chicken Mandhy.
The Lamb Mandhy, a moist marinated lamb shank, and the Chicken Mandhy, a juicy baked chicken, are both infused with a traditional blend of Arabic spices and drizzled with succulent Mandhy sauce.
The dishes are served with Mandhy Saffron Basmati Rice, crispy Papadam sticks and a tomato mint coriander salsa.
The dishes are creations by Junior Sous Chef, Amir Nor Hilmi Matnoor, 33, who has been in the culinary industry for 13 years.
The traditional Mandhy experience is available daily at the Rizqun International Hotel Coffee House.
