TO CELBRATE the holiday season, the Rizqun International Hotel Coffee House will host its Festive Gathering Dinner tomorrow, followed by Family Day Brunch on December 25 and a Barbeque Buffet Dinner on December 31 for patrons to enjoy.
The Festive Gathering Dinner will be held from 6.30pm to 10.00pm featuring an assortment of dishes consisting of about 16 different dishes in the salad and cold dish corner, five different kinds of seafood on ice, two types of soup served with bread rolls and butter, eight dishes as part of the main course and dishes from the carving corner, including roasted duck, roasted lamb crown, roast turkey, beef wellington, salmon and deep-fried seafood, not to mention sweet desserts and beverages.
Meanwhile, the Family Day Brunch, to be held from 11.30am to 4pm, will feature the Carvery with marinated lamb crown or roast turkey, the Ceasar Salad Corner with an assortment of cold appetisers and warm soups, a selection of bakery products, hot dishes, a pasta stall, a burger and sausage bun counter, as well as beverages and desserts.
As for the Barbeque Buffet Dinner themed “The Big Night Out”, the coffee house will open its doors from 6.30pm to 11pm at the VIP Hall and Balcony on Level 4 of Rizqun International Hotel for patrons who wish to dine and celebrate the New Year with a wide assortment of food.
There will be seven types of ‘Appetiser on Boat’, six dishes at the Sushi Counter, grilled vegetables, the Amuse Bouche, Apple Waldorf Timbale, Quail Egg with Lump Fish Caviar and Smoked Duck Breast “Orange Confit”.
There will also be salads, assorted cheese platters, ambuyat with condiments, sizzling beef, satays, desserts and beverages.
