RIZQUN Coffee House, Rizqun International Hotel, Gadong, has introduced an International Flavour Buffet Theme Night for its dinner specials all throughout this December.
Patrons will be able to experience different selections of the Hot Buffet from Monday to Friday every week with a selection of Malay, Western and Chinese dishes every day.
This December, Rizqun Coffee House will also have a Carving Section with choices such as Whole Lamb Leg, Roasted Tenderloin, Roasted Duck with Herb, Marinated Tandoori Whole Chicken and Tenggiri Fish/Sous Assam/Sous Kicap.
Its Live Action Stall “Sizzling On The Tables” offers a wide variety of striploin, chicken sausage, mussel, prawn, beef mortadella, marinated tenggiri, marinated boneless chicken leg and lamb cuts with assorted sauces.
As for pasta lovers, the Coffee House is offering a Live Pasta Stall for spaghetti, fettuccini or fusilli pastas cooked in either bolognaise, carbonara or marinara sauces with a variety of condiments to choose from.
Also available is the Es Campur 88, a flavour of Mixed International Dessert counter, soups, appetisers and beverages.
Rizqun Coffee House is also introducing a new dish, available every day of the week to patrons of the coffee house or in-house guests, the Ox-Tail Soup, which is a hot and fresh traditional beef broth with Indonesian spices, served with a choice of grilled ox-tail or tender boiled ox-tail accompanied with steamed white rice, sambal, condiments and balinjo crackers.
