ALL new registered vehicles since 2013 will now have a new form of bluecard which is in the form of a book instead of the old blue paper.
With the new bluecard book, the only place motorists can renew their road tax is at JPD (Land Transport Department) headquarters in Beribi and no other place.
With the old bluecard, road tax can be renewed at any post office counters that was very convenient.
To top it all, the most common issue people encounter at any government counters such as Immigration or Dentist is ‘habis nombor’.
So you have to be in line at least half an hour before the counter opens just to get the number and this does not include the waiting for your number to be called.
Where is the convenience in introducing the new form of bluecard?
Why only provide one counter?
Where is the motto of TPOR (Tekad Pemedulian Orang Ramai)?
Obviously someone did not think this through when introducing this new system of bluecard.
Please make it convenient for the public.
