THE Information Department of the Prime Minister’s Office continued its face-to-face programme yesterday by visiting the Village Head of Area 5 of RPN Lambak Kanan, Awang Haji Azamain bin Haji Kahar.
The programme, said the department, aims at enhancing the relationship between the government and the citizens of Brunei Darussalam and encouraging the people to show their love towards religion, the monarch and the nation.
The programme also highlights the caring attitude of the government towards the citizens by explaining the policies and activities to develop the mukims and the villages in the country.
The reaching out programme also aims at creating awareness about the actions taken by government agencies to deal with the current issues. The face-to-face session is still relevant in this age of technological advancement as it can develop close relations between the government and the people.
The department’s delegation was led by Information Officer Ali Termizzi bin Haji Ramly.
Two work attachment students from Kolej International Graduate Studies (KIGS), Muhammad Zainuddin Hj Muhammad Baizuri and Muhammad Saifuddin bin Awang Haji Tarip, also attended the session.
