THE Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) yesterday held a thanksgiving prayers ceremony to mark the 41st birthday of His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Deputy Sultan and Deputy Inspector General of the RBPF.
The annual religious event was attended by the Commissioner of RBPF, Dato Paduka Seri Bahrin bin Mohd Noor together with his deputy, Haji Mohd Jammy bin Haji Mohd Shah Al-Islam, as well as senior officials and personnel from various departments under the RBPF.
The ceremony began with mass Maghrib prayers led by APO Pengiran Haji Ludin bin Pengiran Haji Mat Tahir.
The congregation then performed the Sunnat Hajat prayers, recited the Surah Yaasiin and performed the thanksgiving prayers to seek blessings for His Royal Highness, before the event ended with mass Isyak prayers.
