THE Hibiscus at Port Dickson is the new and iconic mega resort project in Malaysia. The Hibiscus features 639 water homes built above the seas. It is also the largest water homes resort in Malaysia.
The resort was designed by the world renowned architect, Broadway Malyan of London, who has designed countless iconic projects worldwide.
The Hibiscus is being developed by established property developer, Kuala Lumpur Metro Group ( KL Metro Group ), working in collaboration, on a joint venture basis, with the state government investment arm of Negeri Sembilan, over a 43-acre land embracing the foreshore of the sea. The Hibiscus is located on a beautiful beachfront at southern part of Port Dickson. Port Dickson is a famous resort destination for many holiday makers and tourists from Kuala Lumpur areas as it is just an hour drive from KL city.
The theme of the Hibiscus is based on modern concept. Each unit has spacious and stylish design that exudes quiet elegant charm and with a masterstroke of contemporary excellence.
It is a perfect blench of aesthetic appeal and innovative modern design that gives the most pragmatic and tranquil lifestyle with the touch of luxury ! Each unit comes with its own private pool, sauna room and every unit has panoramic sea view over the Straits of Malacca. Besides, there is a clear transparent glass panel in the bedroom for underneath sea water viewing. The project has also incorporated a lot of green concepts. For instance, its units’ floor to ceiling height glass windows in bedroom , bathroom and pool deck area allows for generous offering of natural sunlight and thereby resulting the saving of electricity. The round roof structure deflects much of the sun heat too.
The star rating of the Hibiscus is a designated five-star hotel. The sizes of each unit range from 770 sf onwards. For Phase 1, all units have been sold. For Phase 2, 95 per cent of the units are sold while Phase 3 has achieved more than 65 per cent sales.
The Hibiscus is strategically located near the KL International Airport and the KLIA 2 and F 1 Circuit in Sepang. The recent discovery of coral reef near the project site of the Hibiscus has added extra charm to the surrounding environment and tourists can now have the rare opportunity to explore the wonders of the coral life !
The construction works commenced in end 2011 and is scheduled for completion in early 2015.
