THE popular Freshco Mega Buffet will be held once again from December 24 to 28 (6.30pm-10pm daily) at the Putera Banquet Hall on the first floor of Freshco Plaza Abdul Razak in Batu Satu.
It will gather many different kinds of cuisine under one roof and will surely satisfy the palates of lucky patrons.
The selection will be so diverse that customers would surely have a hard time deciding which of the various dishes to try first.
The buffet’s items will include the soft shell crab with salted egg, grilled salmon , roasted duck and chicken, grilled turkey, steamed fish (HK style), black pepper beef and buttermilk prawn with cheese, among other mouth-watering dishes.
Dim sum, including har kaw, siew mai, cha siew pao, shrimp spring roll and salad prawn, will also be displayed prominently, along with other featured sections, such as the appetisers, soups, rice, noodles and desserts.
In addition, assorted makis, sushis and sashimis will also be prepared together with other Japanese staples such as chicken teriyaki, tempura and chicken karaage.
Baked beef macaroni, creamy chicken pasta and grilled chicken chop will be part of the Western cuisine section, while Indonesian cuisine will include satay, bakso bakar, ayam penyet and gado-gado.
One of the features that Frescho Mega Buffet is quite famous for is its live cooking section.
This time around, mee curry laksa and Vietnam kwe tiaw beef will be prepared at the venue.
The buffet is also known for its free-flowing Auntie Anne’s products, such as fresh-from-the-oven pretzels.
Products of the I Love Yoo outlet like yoo tiao and sesame balls will also be made available as new features.
