THE suspect linked to the Jerudong Petrol Station robbery claimed innocence yesterday before Judge Pg Hjh Hanani in the Intermediate court.
Trial was fixed to run from May 18 to 23 next year.
Twenty-year-old Haji Muhammad Dhiyaulhaq bin Haji Ariffin was arrested on September 17 at home at about 1.50 am.
He was released on bail by the High Court.
He is alleged to have stolen $3,900 from Mar’azmala petrol station.
Armed with a machete, he wielded the weapon at a 21-year-old Indonesian employee of the station.
He is represented by counsel Rozaiman Rahman. DPP was Danial Kifrawi.
