THE Public Service Commission’s (SPA) online recruitment system will go online starting today (February 28).
Jobseekers and civil servants who wish to apply for government vacancies can do so via the portal https://recruitment.gov.bn.
The portal can also be accessed from
SPA’s official website at www.spa.gov.bn or through e-Darussalam’s website at www.gov.bn.
With the activation of the recruitment portal, SPA will no longer accept manual form submission for job application. All applications for government vacancies must be made and submitted through the portal.
According to a press release, the recruitment portal, which uses the Internet as its platform, allows users to conveniently access its content anytime and anywhere on their computer or mobile devices.
In order to access the recruitment portal, a username and password are required, which can be obtained by having a registered account with e-Darussalam. Instructions on how to register and activate an e-Darussalam account can be found on SPA’s website.
According to SPA, government vacancies will be advertised in the PSC Recruitment Portal from March 4, 2015 onwards. Individuals who wish to apply for any of the advertised posts can apply and submit their application through the recruitment portal.
Jobseeekers who wish to submit their applications through the portal are required to scan their photo identification images as well as all relevant documents, including educational and professional certificates, into PDF format before uploading them onto their ‘My Profile’ page in the portal.
All personal details in applicants’ ‘My Profile’ page must be filled and completed before submitting the application online.
