COMFORT and driving pleasure are what Kia’s just-unveiled Grand Carnival is all about.
Apart from its general performance, one of the aspects that had the media raving during a recent test drive was the model’s much-improved aesthetics – interior and exterior.
Its spacious cabin makes the Grand Carnival – which comes in standard and high specs – an ideal family car.
It is equipped with a flexible seating system that can make room for up to eight passengers.
The Slide-n-Stow seats, which fold upright to allow for “on-the-go” cargo hauling, make it easy for vacationing families who prefer to travel heavy.
The interior of the Grand Carnival is sophisticatedly designed with two-tone colours, giving passengers a warm and welcome feel.
Despite its size, the car packs a punch in its performance, too.
It is able to effortlessly hit 150km/h on the road with great responsiveness and handling.
As it is with most family-oriented vehicles, the safety elements never take a backseat, and the Grand Carnival doesn’t disappoint.
It is geared with an abundant of safety features including the Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Hill-start Assist Control (HAC) and Anti-lock Braking System (ABS).
The car also comes with the Blind Spot Detection (BSD) and Rear Cross Traffic Alert, providing the driver a peace of mind.
Fitted with the most advanced technology, it is hard not to draw parallels between the Grand Carnival and some of the best in its class.
The all-new 2015 Grand Carnival will be revealed to the public today.
Members of the public can visit Grand Motors Sdn Bhd at its showroom in Beribi.
