SONY’s licensed range of controllers for the PlayStation 4 is getting three models aimed at younger players or those who like smaller grips.
The Nacon Wired Compact Controller is modelled on the Dual-Shock-Controller, while the @PLAY Wired Compact Controller is offered in various colours.
Both controllers come with a three-metre connection cable for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 4 Pro. They’ll go on sale in November and December. Prices haven’t yet been announced.
Even smaller is the Hori Wired Mini Gamepad. It’s reminiscent of control units from the early days of the console era and doesn’t have a touchpad or handgrips.
The analogue sticks serve as a touchpad replacement.
Available in three colours and with a three-metre connection cable, this entry-level gamepad is aimed at younger players. It’ll go on sale in November. – Text and Photo by dpa
