The Korban is a commendable act in Islam that Muslims are encouraged to perform on the Days of Tasyrik on 11th, 12th and 13th of Zulhijjah. It is to remind all Muslims that Korban is an act of subservience and drawing oneself closer to Allah the Almighty and aims to foster ties among the rich and poor, as a sign of gratitude for all the blessings and protection from Allah the Almighty.
