A NEW movie feed feature has been added to the locally-developed mobile application SnapFeed as part of their first major update since it was launched six months ago. The new feature allows users to easily find movie schedules available in the local cinemas.
This was revealed by SnapFeed Operations Manager, Farah Saiman Tan, yesterday during a media preview of the mobile application which went live last night for free download on both Google Play and the Apple Store.
“The new movie feed allows a superior browsing experience while on the go and also makes it easy to get information about show times, movie genres, durations, casts and also enables users to watch movie trailers,” Farah explained.
The new update also included a facelift to the existing interface where users can experience a “clean, friendly and comfortable” feel to the application. There are also improvements to its existing feature-packed functionalities to get more information and rewards from participating merchants.
“SnapFeed aims to be a useful tool to help both locals and foreign visitors in Brunei to find information in the quickest and most convenient way, and rewarding them the more they use it through its rewards system,” explained Ting See Chung, Managing Director of SnapFeed.
For those who are planning to visit the 15th Consumer Fair, SnapFeed will feature a feed within the app to provide users with helpful information during the fair, including venue map, event schedule and list of exhibitors.
To commemorate the launch of the new update, lucky draw prizes – Samsung Note 4 and Samsung Galaxy S5 – are up for grabs along with a free photo session.
