KOTA Junior continued their dominance in the His Majesty 68th Birthday Futsal Cup after trouncing sorry NJP FT 6-1 in their Group A match at the Indoor Stadium of the Hassanal Bolkiah National Sports Complex last night.
The first half was a breeze after netting five goals in a space of 10 minutes including three in two minutes.
NJP FT did have a clear-cut opportunity on the counter- attack but the ball hit Malek Faisal shin and out of play with the keeper rooted to the spot. Malek did score a consolation to spark the biggest cheers of the night.
NJP FT contained an onslaught and pulled together limiting Kota Junior to only a goal in the second half but the damage had already been done.
