FIFTY-four members of Universiti Brunei Darussalam’s (UBD) Korean Culture Club (KCC) made a visit to the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Brunei Darussalam. This marked the 17th visit programme organised by the embassy this year.
This visit was hosted upon request by the KCC UBD members who were eager to learn more about Korea. The embassy has developed a strong relationship with KCC UBD over the years and has been helping in their activities related to Korea.
During the visit, the students were given a presentation about Korea on its history and economic development; North Korea issue and so forth. They also got the opportunity to enjoy Korean foods such as ‘Gimbap’ and ‘Sikhye’.
