THE Traffic Control and Investigations Department (JSKLL), Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) yesterday announced the statistics of road traffic cases for the second week of February.
A total of 350 cases were recorded – 343 cases recorded by the JSKLL, Gadong and seven cases by the JSKLL, Belait.
The traffic police reminded road users to take precautions and to follow road traffic rules and regulations, especially in the current unpredictable weather conditions.
Road users are also reminded to be extra careful when passing school areas, especially during peak hours, to avoid unwanted incidents. School officials should remind students to be cautious and to use zebra crossings or overhead bridges when crossing the road.
