FOLLOWING TelBru’s announcement last week on the new pricing plans for its broadband service, TelBru would like to make certain clarifications on queries regarding the bandwidth limitation for certain customers, especially those residing at areas with no FTTH infrastructure.
From the list of new pricing plans, customers can apply the service subject to the availability of the infrastructure in their respective areas.
For customers residing at areas with no FTTH infrastructure, they are advised to subscribe for the lower bandwidth plans.
However, with the introduction of top up plans packages, they now have the option to purchase top-ups to ensure that their internet connection is stable.
TelBru would like to advise its customers that infrastructure works are currently being carried out progressively in other parts of the country in the coming months to provide these areas with the High Speed Broadband (HSBB) services.
Jerudong and Sengkurong are currently being connected, while Kuala Belait, Mumong, Seria and Rimba will be ready by Quarter 2 this year.
The other infrastructure works will be continued in phases with Madewa and Salar scheduled to be completed by Quarter 3, and Sg Taring and Sg Liang in Quarter 4.
