Noel Gallagher: Bowie’s better than Zep

NOEL Gallagher thinks David Bowie will be better than Led Zeppelin if he stages a single concert, to showcase his ‘The Next Day’ album.

Legendary singer David is making releasing his first album in 10 years, ‘The Next Day’, and although he has ruled out touring, he may do a single live show to promote it, and Noel thinks he could have more impact that Led Zeppelin’s legendary one-off Celebration Day concert together in 2007.

He said: “He’s saying he’ll never tour, but he said he’ll never make another record. I met his manager and he was saying, ‘Nah, he’ll never make another record,’ but knowing that he was actually making a record. So I wouldn’t be surprised. It’s David Bowie.

“If he announces he’s doing one gig then it’s going to be bedlam. Better than Led Zep, he’s got more tunes than them.” BANG!
