HSBC teams up with Bess Perfect Property

The showcase at Bess Property’s office  at Citis Square today and tomorrow, March 9, from 9am to 6pm, gives a one-stop opportunity for customers looking for their ideal home  from houses offered by Bess Perfect Property Agency, and discuss with HSBC’s Home Loan specialists on home loan financing packages that best suit their needs.

Some of the properties showcased at the roadshow are double storey terrace houses in Kampong Rimba and double storey terrace houses at Kampong Tungku.

The HSBC’s My Home Plan aims to assist young potential home buyers between 21 and 35 years old with exclusive benefits, which include an interest rate of 4.5 per cent per annum for a loan value between B$50,000 and B$1,000,000, 100 per cent waiver on the application fee, a free three-year fire protection for new home, 50 per cent rebate on the total interest paid out for the first three years and a start-up subsidy of up to B$15,000 that will cover legal fees, property valuation and the costs of MRTA.
