TG School celebrates National Day

TG SCHOOL recently held a National Day celebration at the school compound with various activities. The event began with the flag raising ceremony and singing of the National Anthem, followed by the school song and the recital of Surah Al-Fatihah by Shahibul of Year 6.

The principal, in his welcoming remarks, urged the students to be more patriotic, loyal and respectful of their beloved country.

The event continued with a traditional costume parade and performances by the students. There was also a Nasyid performance by Year 1 students.

According to Nor Hafillah binti Roslie and Cikgu Rahma binti Hj Rais, the highlight of the event was the exhibition, which displayed various exhibits from Brunei food, Brunei history, Malay costumes, traditional games and antique collections.
