SM Masin holds outreach programme

MORE than 300 people attended an outreach programme organised by Masin Secondary School at its auditorium recently.

Organised by the School’s Mathematics and Physical Education Department, the School’s Deputy Principal (Academic), Hjh Norwen Hj Brahim said it was held to promote a healthy lifestyle and health awareness among students, teachers, parents and the local community in Kg Masin.

Visitors had the opportunity to view an exhibition and get free health screenings from the Health Promotion Centre (HPC), Ministry of Health.

Adding to the day’s activities were Zumba and Aerobic sessions, whereby hundreds of students and teachers had participated. Lucky draw prizes were also given away during the event.
