KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama) – Malaysian Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak has called on all Malaysians to continue to give their strong and solid support to the national warriors in the operation to end the intrusion by terrorists in Sabah.

“Let’s pray for the success of the people (warriors) fighting in Lahad Datu and Semporna,” he said in his Facebook, yesterday.

Najib was also grateful when informed that the operation was progressing as planned.

“This morning, I had issued a statement that we will not allow anyone to jeopardise our national sovereignty,” he said.

He said the operation to detain the intruders and house-to-house checks were being carried out.

Meanwhile, the video clip on the patriotic song, “Inilah Barisan Kita”, was also included in his blog www.1malaysia.com.my, to boost the spirit of the security forces fighting to preserve national security.

The security forces had launched an attack on the armed intruders in Kampung Tanduo, Lahad Datu at 7am yesterday.
