Islamic Education Department organises workshop
FORTY-ONE religious teachers recently attended a workshop on establishing the culture of cooperation in supervision at schools.
It was organised by the Inspectorate Unit of Religious Schools under the Islamic Education Department. The workshop was held at the Pengiran Anak Puteri Amal Umi Kalthum Al-Islam Religious School in Mulaut.
The objectives are to encourage religious teachers to apply knowledge and skills acquired as best practices as well as to expose them to the latest supervisory matters conducted by the Religious Schools’ Inspectorates.
The participants comprise of principals and assistant principals from areas I, III and IV of the Brunei-Muara District. The facilitator was Awg Hj Hasbi bin Mohd Suhaily, Head of Inspectorate Section of the Islamic Education Department.
