DES to close counters on National Day

The Department of Electrical Services (DES) has informed its valued customers that in conjunction with Brunei Darussalam’s 29th National Day celebration, all their counters for payment of electricity bills and purchase of pre-paid meter coupons will be closed on Saturday, February 23. All counters will reopen on Monday, February 25.

Customers who wish to pay for their electricity bills or purchase prepayment meter coupons are advised to do so before the said date. For pre-paid meter customers, they have to ensure that they have sufficient credits through purchase of Powerkad from registered vendors or via SMS. DES apologises for any inconveniences caused.
