‘China Festival of Spring’ show at Jerudong Park Amphitheatre tonight

A LARGE scale “China Festival of Spring” cultural performance will be held at 8pm tonight, at the Jerudong Park Amphitheatre.

The event is organised by the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Brunei Darussalam, China Overseas Exchange Association and GuangXi Overseas Exchange Association, and is co-organised by the Hockian Association Brunei Darussalam.

The GuangXi Cultural Group will be showcasing the brilliant cultural performance to Brunei’s audience.

The cultural group is an ‘A’ grade reputable professional performance organisation of literature and art in China, which focusses on bringing out the best of quality in its performers and performances.

They have performed a list of plays, which won them accolades such as the China Nation-Wide First-Class Award, 2th Vietnamese International Puppet Artistic Section Golden Award and others.

The Chinese Embassy hopes that through this cultural exchange, the cooperation and friendship between Brunei and China will continue to prosper, and benefit the people of both countries.

This cultural group is specially arranged to perform during this celebrative season to further enhance the joyous atmosphere. The free performance is open to the public and admission time is at 7pm. The public are advised to come early due to limited seats.
