BruHull Society organises fun day
It was a whole day of fun and games for BruHull Society on February 9 at Pearson Park, Kingston Upon Hull. The Fun Day was the first and one of the many activities organised throughout the year by the BruHull Committee which was aimed at bringing Bruneian students from both Hull and Scarborough campuses closer together in the already close-knit society.

The day started off with a warm-up session, followed by an informal opening speech by the president of the BruHull Society, Khairun Najla’a Aqilah binti Idris. Members were divided at random into five competing teams, each assigned with a specific identity in the form of a coloured shape.
The matches included classic children’s party games like ‘Ball on Spoon Relay’, ‘6-legged Race’ and ‘Fill the bottle using a sponge’ race; as well as innovative games inspired by contemporary media such as ‘Running Man’.
The Fun Day concluded with the Blue Pentagram team emerging as the champion.
