They also included individual photographers who wanted to record the colourful celebration.

The photographers came to the temple as early as 7am.

It was really enjoyable to see the photographers trying their best to snap pictures of those who came to pray at the temple.

Some of the subjects that became favoured by the photographer were children wearing traditional Chinese attire, the decorations inside and outside the temple, as well as those who came to perform the rituals.

Some of the photographers were spotted taking their positions at strategic corners of the temple.

The professional photographers also brought additional equipment, such as long telephoto lens and even laptops for on-the-spot photo uploads and editing.

Taking a photo does not really require an expensive camera and equipment, for the most important thing isknowing the proper techniques of getting good exposure, lighting and correct camera speed.

The activity lasted until almost mid-day with the photographers successfully taking hundreds of beautiful photos of the day. It ended with a group photo session.
