Brunei production company, Supasta meets with MIG Malaysia

SUPASTA Records & Films from Brunei Darussalam, led by Brunei’s local HipHop artiste Jimmy NotyBoy, also the CEO of the production together with his crew, recently had a meeting with Mejar (K) David Teo, CEO of Metrowealth International Group (MIG) Pictures. MIG Pictures is the production behind a lot of Malaysian box office films such as Jangan Pandang Belakang, Minyak Dagu, Adnan Sempit and many more.

The meeting between the two production companies was held at MIG’s Office in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

The crews was welcomed by Shida, David Teo’s personal assistant. During the meeting, Supasta Records and Films proposed to produce a horror film under the supervision of MIG Pictures and in collaboration between Brunei and Malaysian artistes, if the funding is sufficient for the filmmaking, which will take place in Brunei.

For the upcoming project, Supasta Records and Films is still seeking talented local actors and actresses to star in the horror film which will be directed by Azmi Matassan (Jimmy NotyBoy) and investors are also needed for this project. Interested actors and actresses aged 18-30 years old can send their curriculum vitae to www.facebook.com/supastafilms for further castings and interviews.

Local movie lovers are urged to support local films and songs as well as other local products created by local youth.
