Beauty & Image talk with I A Salon

MS CECILIA Lee, Manager of I A Salon presented a talk on beauty and image in an event hosted by the Brunei Chinese Chamber of Commerce Women Section Council at the Fun Bee Park in Kg Batu Bersurat over the weekend.

Ms Cecilia, a qualified make-up artist, possesses a high sense of beauty, fashion, make-up and hairdressing in her career.

She frequently travels to major cities in Europe and Asia to update herself with the styles and inputs.

She has also been invited by RTB Pilihan Mandarin radio to be a speaker for a programme called “Women’s Vitamin”.

Ms Cecilia shared with the audience valuable tips and techniques of make-up, shawling, scarfing, hair styling, hair bonding and colour chart.

She touched on a range of products, which includes mousse foundation, among others.
