According to Chef Rosli, “Arabian food is very popular among the people of Brunei. During Ramadhan, we have an average of 200 customers per day.”

Based on the popularity of Arabian food, he added, “We introduced the Arabian Night for a limited one-week period.”

Famous Arabian dishes, including appetisers like Hummus, Baba Ghaoush and Falafel are available, along with main dishes Sharwarma Kebab, Beef Kofta, Lamb Tagine, Prawn Biryani, Chicken Bukhari, Samalquwarmah, Lamb Bahmia and many others. The desserts comprise Basbousha, Baklava, Looqemat and many more.

Chef Rosli said, “All of our selections are homemade just for the special promotion. The ingredients are fresh and we prepare two whole lambs each day for the promotion.

“The Lamb Mandy is specially cooked and roasted, taking six hours to give it a juicy and tender taste,” he added.

The buffet dinner is priced at $29.90 for adults and $17 per child.

For RBC dining privilege holders, card members will only have to pay discounted prices of $26.91 for adult and $15.30 per child.

To enliven the atmosphere, the first five customers to dine in and dress up in Arabian attire will also receive a $5 voucher daily.
