THE Commissioner of the Royal Brunei Police Force, Pehin Orang Kaya Pendikar Alam Dato Paduka Seri Hj Hasrin bin Dato Paduka Hj Sabtu, along with hundreds of police personnel proved that they too can groove to the music when they participated in the popular ‘Gangnam Style’ dance made famous by Korean singer ‘PSY’, as part of aerobic exercises yesterday prior to beginning a three kilometre walkathon and 10 kilometre cycling event held in conjunction with the 92nd Police Day celebration.
The event took place at the Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium and involved some 800 police personnel and their families.
Also in attendance was the RBPF Commissioner’s wife; the Deputy Commissioner of the RBPF, Dato Seri Pahlawan Awang Bahrin bin Mohd Noor; and the Chairperson of the organising committee for the celebration, SAC Hj Mohd Jammy.

The RBPF Commissioner took part in the three kilometre walk.
The highlight of the event saw lucky draw prizes presented to 40 lucky winners, in which first prize was a surround-sound entertainment set.
This year’s theme for the Police Day celebration remains the same as last year ‘Instilling a Culture of Professionalism and Integrity in the Force’.
