Singapore senior minister in Brunei today

Singapore Senior Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and Home Affairs Mr Masagos Zulkifli will arrive in Brunei Darussalam today.

Mr Masagos will be here until January 18 to learn about Brunei’s drug rehabilitation programme. He is also scheduled to meet Minister of Home Affairs Pehin Udana Khatib Dato Paduka Seri Setia Ustaz Hj Awg Badaruddin bin Pengarah Dato Paduka Hj Awg Othman; Minister of Energy at the Prime Minister’s Office Pehin Datu Singamanteri Colonel (Rtd) Dato Seri Setia Awg Hj Mohd Yasmin bin Hj Umar; Deputy Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office Dato Paduka Awg Hj Abd Wahab bin Juned as well as other senior officials.

During his visit, Mr Masagos will reaffirm Singapore’s strong relations with Brunei and explore new areas of cooperation. Mr Masagos will be accompanied by officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Home Affairs.
